ADVISORY – EFFECTIVE MONDAY, JANUARY 1, 2024

Beginning midnight MONDAY, 1/1/24, regular parking enforcement goes into effect for the Spring/Main Street East (next to Market Square) and Spring/Main Street West parking lots.

Spring/Main Street East Parking Lot (Next to Market Square)

  • Free daily parking from 8:00AM-10:00AM.
  • Overnight Parking by Municipal Night Permit only between 8:00PM and 8:00AM Sunday through Thursday and on Fridays from 8:00PM to Midnight.
  • Parking is prohibited in the lot Year-Round on Saturdays from midnight to 2:00PM for the Farmer's Market.
  • Daily pay by the hour between 10:00AM and 8:00PM at a rate of $1/hour, via the Passport Parking App Zone 91417 with the exception of holidays.
  • Free Parking is between 8AM and 8PM on Sundays.
  • Violators will be ticketed and towed at owner's expense.

Spring/Main Street West Parking Lot (Next to the Post Office)

  • Free daily parking from 8:00AM-10:00AM.
  • Overnight Parking by Municipal Night Permit only between 8:00PM and 8:00AM.
  • Daily pay by the hour between 10:00AM and 8:00PM at a rate of $1/hour, via the Passport Parking App Zone 91415 with the exception of holidays.
  • Violators will be ticketed and towed at owner's expense.
  • Free Parking is between 8AM and 8PM on Sundays.

How do I pay for parking with the Passport Parking app?

  1. Download the Passport Parking app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  2. Create an account with your mobile phone number or email address.
  3. Park anywhere you see Passport Parking app signs & decals.
  4. Pay for your parking session from your phone.
  5. Extend your time remotely if you’d like to stay longer!
