Welcome to Ossining Recreation & Parks. The Recreation & Parks Department offers a variety of quality recreation programs and special events for Ossining residents of all ages.  Our parks system encompasses 17 different parks that offer ball fields, nature trails, playgrounds, a spray park, a dog park, tennis courts, basketball courts and amazing Hudson River Sunsets from Louis Engle and Henry Gourdine Parks. The Joseph G. Caputo Community Center provides outstanding programming at the center's gymnasium, aquatic center and numerous program/meeting rooms. Annual events such as the Summer Concert Series, Santa's Breakfast, Fall Family Fun Day, and the Trick or Trunk Halloween event are just some of the special events that residents look forward to each year.  Please check out our program catalog and our up coming events. There is always something happening in Ossining.

Program Registration 
To register for any program a Recreation Membership is required.  For residents, the annual fee is $10.00 and for non-residents the annual fee is $45.00.  The Recreation Membership can be purchased online or in person at the Recreation Office at the Joseph G. Caputo Community Center.  Online program registration is simple, secure and convenient, you no longer have to come to the Community Center to register for programs including the annual Recreation membership.  In person registration is still available at the Community Center and payment can be made by check, cash and now credit card. Program registration can be completed online 24/7 or in person during Recreation Office hours. To register online for Ossining Recreation & Parks programs you must create a free account in Community Pass.
