Office of the Village Manager

The Village Manager is the Chief Executive Officer and Administrative Officer of the Village, and is responsible for the daily operations of all Village departments, with the exception of the Police Department, which responds directly to the Board of Trustees. 

The Village Manager plays a number of roles, and under the direction of the Mayor and Trustees is responsible for the planning, organizing, staffing, coordinating, budgeting and evaluating local government activities.  In this role, the Village Manager also acts as Director of the Office of Emergency Management and directly oversees such issues as labor relations, grant applications, project management, as well as acts as liaison to other governmental entities.
