The Village of Ossining has upgraded the utility billing system providing customers with an improved bill format and updated portal for payment. The new bill format compares consumption usage to the same billing period for the prior year in graph form. Utility accounts accessed online will provide current bill information and prior payments received.

Utility payments received (not postmarked) after the current due date will be assessed a 5% penalty, all past-due open balances will receive an additional 1% on the 6^th of each month.

Online Utility Payments (Water/Sewer Bills):

Utility customers are required to enter the new Utility Account ID (old account number without the starting zero) and the ending zero in the second Utility Account ID box. Customers will also be required to enter the unique PIN established for the Utility Account. The Utility Account ID and PIN are required in order to ensure the correct account is being accessed for bill payment. 

Once the payment has been submitted online, the payee will receive an email verifying the payment has been submitted successfully and received for processing by each banking institution. The online payment is only complete once funds have been deposited to the Village's bank account. Utility customers paying by electronic check will be charged $1.95, and credit cards 2.95%; each of these convenience fees is retained by the service provider directly and are non-refundable.

If your utility account ID starts with a "2" or a "4", the PIN number is available on the current bill received. Utility customers outside of these two zones can contact the Village of Ossining Finance Office at waterbilling@villageofossining.org, in the office Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:30PM, or by phone at (914) 941-2581 for assistance. 

Partial Utility bill payments are not able to be processed online at this time but will be available in the first quarter of 2023. If a partial payment is being made, please submit in person at 16 Croton Avenue, 1st floor, or mail to:
