Meet Chima Monday, the Executive Director of Ossining Youth Bureau.

Chima has over 12 years of experience working with youth and families from diverse economic and social backgrounds. Before joining the Ossining Youth Bureau, he worked with the Westchester County Workforce Development Board overseeing the day-to-day subcontractors of youth employment and training programs. He holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from Pace University. Chima is passionate about improving the lives of young people and has a proven track record of developing and implementing successful programs that address the unique needs of at-risk youth.

As the Executive Director of the Ossining Youth Bureau, Chima is committed to creating opportunities for young people to reach their full potential and become active members of their communities. He is dedicated to working with community partners to provide comprehensive services that support the academic, social, and emotional well-being of youth.

Under Chima's leadership, the Ossining Youth Bureau has seen significant growth in the number of youth served, completion of the Youth Bureau Needs Assessment, as well as increased partnerships with Ossining's community partners.

Chima is excited to continue working with the dedicated staff, volunteers, and community partners of Ossining Youth Bureau to impact the lives of the youth in the community positively.
