Street lights upgrade to LED lighting

The first step of the street lights upgrade to LED lighting will be starting throughout the Village and Town of Ossining the week of August 3, 2015. Consequently, crews representing the contractor, Lumen Light Solutions, will be in various parts of Ossining. Field verification crews will be driving regular 4-door sedans with "Lumen" placards on their side doors. They will also have "construction vehicle do not follow" signs on the back of their vehicles. In addition, the vehicles will have standard yellow "construction vehicle" blinking lights on the roof of their vehicle and their workers will be wearing safety vests as well.
