Rika Levin has been selected to serve as Trustee on the Village Board. On Tuesday morning, consistent with the directive of the Village Charter, a quorum of the Board of Trustees appointed Ms. Levin to fill the vacancy left by former Trustee Omar Herrera. Rika Levin will be sworn in at the start of the Wednesday, September 16, 7:30pm legislative session at the Birdsall-Fagan Courthouse on Spring St. The Mayor and Trustees welcome Rika to her new post, and look forward to the benefit of her expertise as she hits the ground running with the start of budget season in village government.
