Local Law No. 4-2016
A LOCAL LAW amending Chapter 241 Article II. "Veterans’ Exemption" of the Village Code of the Village of Ossining to establish that the limitation on the value of the existing exemption granted by New York State to veterans under NYS Real Property Tax Law Section 458 shall not apply in the event of an increase or decrease in assessed value resulting from a reevaluation or any future reevaluation or future adjustment and to permit a transferred prorated exemption to a veteran, the spouse of the veteran, or unremarried surviving spouse of the veteran already receiving an exemption pursuant to NYS Real Property Tax Law Section 458 in the event they sell that property under certain circumstances.

Local Law No. 5-2016
A LOCAL LAW amending Chapter 250 of the Village Code of the Village of Ossining entitled "Vehicles and Traffic" to address traffic and circulation concerns of residents in the neighborhood of Osage Drive with further additions to Chapter 250 to provide for the authority and establish appropriate criteria and due process for delegation to the Village Manager of certain powers currently reserved for the Board of Trustees under this Chapter.
