At this time, our waitlist is currently closed for new applicants. Those currently on the waitlist for assistance has an expectation of more than one year.

Please note that preference will be given to the following

  • Individuals and families who, at the time of application, live or work or have been hired to work in the village of Ossining
  • Senior citizens age 62 and over
  • People with disabilities
  • Veterans
  • Working families whose household income is at or below 30% of the median income.

  • Date and time of application submission will control the waiting list order
