2010 Schedule Agendas and Minutes
The Zoning Board of Appeals consists of five members pursuant to the provisions of Article 7, sub section 7-712 of the Village Law and Section 270-47 of the Village Code, each member is appointed by the Village Manager for a term of five years running from February 3rd of the year appointed. Vacancies are filled by appointment for remainder the un-expired term.
The Zoning Board of Appeals is responsible for hearing and deciding appeals and requests for variances from the requirements set by the local building code.
