As Corporation Counsel to the Village of Ossining, Lori Lee Dickson represents the Village in all legal matters as legal adviser to the Village Manager, Board of Trustees, as well as all other officers, boards and departments of the Village. The Corporation Counsel, who is appointed to a three-year term, also prepares legislation, drafts and reviews contracts and otherwise discharges such other duties as may be prescribed by law, ordinance or regulation. Ms. Dickson is assisted by Sonia Tanksley (Deputy Corporation Counsel representing the Village as prosecutor) and Mark Malone (Deputy Corporation Counsel for Zoning & Planning).
