Ossining Dog Park @ Cedar Lane
2017 Dog Park registration is open, and proper registration and possesion of a 2017 dog park tag is required.
The fee is $15.00 for residents and $25.00 for non-residents, with $10.00 for each additional dog (limit of 3 dogs per owner).  Click here to access the 2017 Dog Park Registration Form, and click here for the Ossining Dog Park Rules.  Important reminder, when submitting your registration form you must include your dog license number on the application.  If you are an Ossining resident, you can obtain a dog license through the Town Clerk's Office at 16 Croton Avenue.  Click here for Town of Ossining Dog Licensing Application.

Winter Recreation Programs

Please note, over the course of a program season we may introduce new programs, events and activities, and we also may cancel or postpone programs, events and activities, so make sure to visit this webpage and our Facebook page (click here) for updates and notices regarding all department programming.

"Lap Swim" Pool Passes
2017 "Lap Swim" passes are now available.  All 2016 registered lap swimmers will need to renew at their earliest convenience.  A current Rec ID Card is required to regsiter for a Lap Swim Pass.  To review our pool pass details please refer to the information in the 2016-2017 Winter Program Brochure.

"Open Swim" Pool Passes

In order to access the pool for "Open Swim" all participants need a current Rec ID card and a current "Open Swim" Pass. Rec ID Cards are $10.00 for all residents, and an "Open Swim" pass is $10.00 for a Youth (resident) and $15.00 for an Adult (resident).  Contact the Recreation Department at 941-3189 with any questions regarding the pool or pool passes.

Registration Hours at the Recreation Office
To avoid any inconvenience at the time of registration for any department program, please be aware of our Recreation Office's Registration Hours at the Community Center.  These hours differ from the Community Center's operating hours.  Program registration and the issuing/updating of Rec ID Cards is available during the following times*:

  • Monday:                    9:00am - 3:00pm
  • Tuesday - Friday:     9:00am - 9:00pm
  • Saturday:                  8:00am - 1:30pm (Closed on Sundays)

*Rec ID cards can NOT be issued or updated after 3:00pm on Mondays or after 1:30pm on Saturdays.  Registrations submitted to the Front Desk staff after 3:00pm on Mondays and after 1:30pm on Saturdays will be held and processed on the next business day. 

On-line Registration
You have access to on-line registration 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!  In order to register on-line, Rec ID cards for the person(s) being registered must be current/valid.  Click on the link below to access our on-line registration site...Click here for our "ActiveNet" ON-LINE REGISTRATION LINK.

Program Registration Form
A "Program Registration Form" is required when registering for a program in person.  Please click here to access the Program Registration Form.  If you are registering for one of our programs or purchasing a pool pass, a valid Recreation ID Card is required. You have the option of updating an existing Rec ID card on the Program Registration Form.

Rec ID & Membership Form
In order to obtain a "Rec ID" a "Recreation ID Card & Membership Form" must be completed.  Click here for the Recreation ID Card & Membership Form.

Please note, the above forms are also always available at the Recreation Office at the Community Center.  If there are any questions about how to properly complete these forms or when you need to complete these forms, please call the Recreation Department at 914-941-3189.

Advisory Board meetings are held at the Joseph G. Caputo Community Center on the second Monday of every month at 7:00 PM.  Meetings are open to the public and all are welcome to join us.
