Community Center Gym Re-Opening - Wednesday, May 24th at 6:00pm
Its time to re-open! The Community Center Gymnasium Improvement Project is complete and the gym will re-open to the public on Wednesday, May 24th at 6:00pm. Come join your friends and neighbors as we celebrate the completion of the project and unveil our "new" gym! Upon re-opening the gym, we will have a short "Open Gym" session, followed by a basketball shooting competition facilitated by Recreation Staff for children in 2nd thru 12th Grade. Food and refreshments will be provided.
NEW - Adopt a Tree Well Program
The Recreation & Parks Department is excited about the new Downtown beautification program "Adopt a Tree Well". This program brought to the community by the Downtown Economic Development Fund Council, allows individuals, organizations or businesses to "adopt" a tree well for a contribution of $199.00. In this first year, that $199.00 will adopt a tree well for 2 years. The tree well will be planted and maintained by the Ossining Parks Department. Your sponsorship is all that is required! Summer 2017 - Sports, Trips, Art...and more
We are excited to be offering a variety of week long camps/programs this summer that are sure to keep the kids active, entertained and smiling! Click here for a listing of our current Summer specialty camps and programs. Registration will be open to all programs listed beginning Saturday, May 6th.

2017 Ossining Recreation Summer Day Camps
Day Camp anyone? That's right the countdown to summer has certainly begun here at Ossining Rec! Our 2017 Summer Day Camp planning is well underway and we are looking forward to a great season! We are happy to share our 2017 Ossining Recreation Summer Day Camp Information Packet, so parents and kids can get an idea of our Day Camp programs and what we have to offer. Click here for the camp information packet. Online Day Camp registration will begin on Wednesday, March 22nd, with in person registration beginning the next week. Ossining Dog Park @ Cedar Lane
2017 Dog Park registration is open, and proper registration and possesion of a 2017 dog park tag is required. The fee is $15.00 for residents and $25.00 for non-residents, with $10.00 for each additional dog (limit of 3 dogs per owner). Important reminder, when submitting your registration form you must include your dog license number on the application. If you are an Ossining resident, you can obtain a dog license through the Town Clerk's Office at 16 Croton Avenue. Click here for Town of Ossining Dog Licensing Application.

Recreation Office Hours:
To avoid any inconvenience at the time of registration for any department program, please be aware of our Recreation Office Hours at the Community Center. These hours differ from the Community Center's operating hours. Program registration and the issuing/updating of Rec ID Cards is available during the following times*:
- Monday: 9:00am - 4:00pm
- Tuesday - Friday: 9:00am - 8:00pm
- Saturday: 9:00am - 2:30pm (Closed on Sundays)
*Rec ID cards can NOT be issued or updated after 4:00pm on Mondays, after 8:00pm on Tuesdays - Fridays, or after 2:30pm on Saturdays. Registrations submitted to the Front Desk staff after 4:00pm on Mondays, after 8:00pm on Tuesdays - Fridays, and after 2:30pm on Saturdays will be held and processed on the next business day.

Program Registration Form
A "Program Registration Form" is required when registering for a program in person. Please click here to access the Program Registration Form. If you are registering for one of our programs or purchasing a pool pass, a valid Recreation ID Card is required. You have the option of updating an existing Rec ID card on the Program Registration Form.
Rec ID & Membership Form
In order to obtain a "Rec ID" a "Recreation ID Card & Membership Form" must be completed. Click here for the Recreation ID Card & Membership Form.
Please note, the above forms are also always available at the Recreation Office at the Community Center. If there are any questions about how to properly complete these forms or when you need to complete these forms, please call the Recreation Department at 914-941-3189.

"Lap Swim" Pool Passes
2017 "Lap Swim" passes are available at the Recreation Office. A current Rec ID Card is required to regsiter for a Lap Swim Pass. To review our pool pass details please refer to the information in the 2017 Spring/Summer Program Brochure.
"Open Swim" Pool Passes
In order to access the pool for "Open Swim" all participants need a current Rec ID card and a current "Open Swim" Pass. Rec ID Cards are $10.00 for all residents, and an "Open Swim" pass is $10.00 for a Youth (resident) and $15.00 for an Adult (resident). Contact the Recreation Department at 941-3189 with any questions regarding the pool or pool passes.

Ossining Recreation & Parks Department manages a large inventory of fields and facilties found within our Village and Town Parks and Community Center building. Many of these community recreation resources can be reserved for use by residents.
