Back to Article List COSTUME PARADE NELSON SITTING PARK Release Date: October 27, 2010 Sunday, October 31th  2pm line up   We will line up at Nelson Sitting Park and march from Nelson Sitting Park to Market Square where we will have trophies for the most interesting costumes,  free cider and donuts and medals for all who attend. Special awards the twenty best children’s costumes.  Join the parade and show off your costumes. Then march over to the Community Center at 4:30pm for Hotdogs and Cider and then the DARE program from 6pm to 8pm with the Ossining Police Department. We welcome you to come and celebrate Halloween the safe way! Wear your costume, play games, win prizes and candy, be on TV with Officer John and Ed Walker and have a great time with all your friends.
